YOGA - A Therapeutic Tool for Kids
Dr. Myah Gittelson has completed the teacher-training certificate program through Mini Yogis. She integrates the practice of yoga into her psychotherapy services, based on the individual child’s treatment plan and level of comfort.
Dr. Gittelson is trained in traditional child and family therapy and does not impose any spiritual beliefs. All yoga techniques are for the purpose of focus, relaxation, and self-soothing.
